Job Summary: Total Tire Distributors is seeking a dependable Warehouse Manager to build on our established reputation of integrity, dedication and service as a vital member of our team. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and supervision of the warehouse team members.
Responsibilities Delegate workloads and follow up in a timely manner
Participate in the recruitment and retention process
Plan, coordinate and monitor the shipping and receiving of goods
Actively participate in the daily tasks along side team members
Maintain robust customer service expectations
Maintain and monitor inventory control
Comply with set policies and procedures
Uphold and over see safety practices proactively
Maintain and monitor delivery fleet and material handling equipment
Review operational expenses
Reporting KPI and using KPI as a tool to for continuous improvement in all aspects of operations
Requirements Valid driverâs license
3 years experience running a warehouse, manufacturing plant
Experience and ability to operate warehouse equipment
Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, time management and problem solving skills
Knowledge of warehouse operational practices

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
