Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and emails, and/or assist customers in-person
Aid customers with inquiries about our products and services
Create current customer accounts
Take payments and manage customer billing
Perform data entry

Experience No experience necessary
2-3 years of previous call centre or customer service experience is ideal

Compensation $40,000 - $50,000
