Must Haves:
3+ years of Customer Service and/or Retail Sales experience
2+ years of experience researching existing documentation to determine resolutions
3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with robust problem-solving skills
3+ years of experience prioritizing tasks in a complex environment
Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills
