NTT DATA BCU, Inc. in Prince Rupert, BC, is seeking a Deskside Technician - Auxiliary to provide in office and remote IT support. The role focuses on resolving routine and non-routine problems and maintaining user productivity.
You will install hardware and software, support Office 365 and Active Directory, manage tickets, and work with minimal supervision. On-call shifts evenings, weekends, and nights are expected.
