Analyst - Investment Operations, Private Asset – 6 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities

Support the operational administration of private investment portfolios throughout the investment lifecycle.

Maintain accurate investment and transaction records while ensuring data integrity across systems.

Investigate and resolve operational issues and reconcile discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Review investment documentation and support the processing of investment-related transactions.

Assist with cash management, reporting, month-end activities, audits, and other operational requirements.

Respond to internal and external inquiries and coordinate the timely resolution of requests.

Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and the enhancement of operational controls.

Build strong relationships across the organization and with external service providers to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

Completed or pursuing a professional designation (CFA, CPA) as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

3+ years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, asset servicing, middle office, or a related financial services environment.





Exposure to private markets or alternative investments is an asset but not required.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Pay Rate
$40.00/ Hour
