Ability to commute/relocate: Mississauga, ON L5B 3Y6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience: Restaurant management: 2 years (required)

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Lead, train, schedule, and supervise staff

Ensure high standards of guest service and food quality

Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Monitor labour costs, scheduling, and productivity

Manage cash handling, POS reports, and end-of-day procedures

Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and sanitation standards

Coordinate with ownership on operations, staffing, and performance

Support inventory control and ordering as required

Requirements

Minimum 2?3 years of restaurant management experience

Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience with POS systems and staff scheduling

Strong understanding of customer service and team management

Must have a valid work permit to work in Canada
