One position, Category A salary.

Requirements

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

Basic welding skills – CWB certification

Experience and/or training in the field is an asset

Must be detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship

Ability to read technical production drawings

Ability to use a computer to perform required tasks

Physical ability to carry and handle materials manually

Ability to use a measuring tape

Ability to read

Positive manual dexterity

Ability to learn and work effectively in a team environment

Main Responsibilities

Successfully pass the CWB welding test (flat horizontal fillet weld) for aluminum

Understand basic welding symbols

Understand and apply practical welding methods

Inspect, clean,



and prepare parts and equipment for welding

Work accurately to assemble metal parts using appropriate equipment and/or tools

Set up and operate machines to cut sheet metal or aluminum

Shape metal/aluminum according to dimensions specified in technical drawings

Inspect completed work and verify compliance with required specifications

Ensure compliance with company safety standards

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
