Community Living Greater Sudbury is seeking an energetic, motivated full time Case Worker for SISU house to support adults with developmental disabilities. The role requires advocacy, collaboration, problem-solving, and independent work with minimal supervision, leveraging a G license.
You will monitor and support adults with developmental disabilities in line with the organization’s mission, locating services and liaising with agencies as needed.
