In this role, you’ll be more than just a bartender; you’re a host and ambassador of Old Yale Brewing’s unique experience. You will educate guests on beer styles and food pairings while delivering exceptional service. Comfort in a fast-paced atmosphere and a passion for craft beer and food are key as you serve the community with pride.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional guest service daily
• Prepare and serve beverages according to OYB standards
• Educate customers on beer and food pairings
• Process orders accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar

Requirements:
• Serving It Right or ProServe certification
• Previous bartending or customer service experience
• Solid communication and guest service skills
• Passion for craft beer and hospitality
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work flexible hours
