uptown bistro in Victoria, BC is seeking an assistant manager to oversee daily restaurant operations on site. Education: College, CEGEP or a 1–2 year diploma, or equivalent experience, is required. Experience is an asset.
Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, supplier negotiations, and customer issue resolution. The role starts as soon as possible with permanent full time employment and a competitive hourly wage.
