Responsibilities Assist in supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations during service
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and quality standards
Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Support the development of menu items, recipes, and presentation standards
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the kitchen environment
Lead by example in serving guests and maintaining excellent customer service standards
Coordinate with restaurant management to meet operational goals and uphold hospitality excellence




Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to promote professional growth and teamwork
Requirements Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry operations
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Extensive restaurant management experience preferred
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure during busy hours
Passion for culinary arts with a focus on hospitality excellence
Experience with food serving standards and customer interaction is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
