The wage range for this position is $22.25 - 24.30/hour with $1/hr shift differential (Potential to earn additional $10,000 to $15,000 annually from Overtime) .

General Description
As a Retread Technician, you will perform retreading functions for commercial tires through a series of manual and automated processes. You will also become familiar with safety, quality, and how to be successful in a team environment. We encourage you to allow us to invest in your success as you invest in ours;

Responsibilities

Train for all aspects of retread tire manufacturing including: inspecting and buffing tire carcasses, applying rubber compounds, curing, and quality control

Follow processes to ensure retread tire completion

Comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies, including using protective safety equipment to ensure secure operation of machines

Any other duties requested by management

Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels,



standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma/GED

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future

Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations

Must be able to successfully complete all pre-employment criteria

Ability to work any and/or rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime if applicable

Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

Fluent in French

Previous experience in a manufacturing
