What You’ll Do as a Technical Support Representative
As a Technical Support Representative, you will providefirst-level technical support and customer service solutions for clientproducts. You won’t just answer calls — you’ll guide customers throughsolutions, build trust, and take ownership of the entire customer experience.

This fully remote Technical Support Representativeopportunity is open to candidates residing in Manitoba, Prince Edward Island,Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labradoror Recent Brunswick. If you are passionate about customers, confidenttroubleshooting technical issues, and thrive in a structured remoteenvironment, this contract opportunity could be the right fit for you.

You will:

Providefirst-level technical support and customer service for client products

Troubleshootand resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools andprocedures

Deliverempathetic, solution-focused call handling while actively listening tocustomer concerns

Accuratelydocument interactions using electronic documentation systems

Coordinatewith internal teams to ensure timely and complete resolution

Scheduleservice calls and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Your ability to adapt your communication style, read verbal cues,and provide reassurance will directly impact customer loyalty.

What You Bring
To succeed as a Technical Support Representative, youshould have:

Associate’sdegree or certification in technical and/or clinical education

2+years of experience in a technical, clinical, or medical device supportrole

Experienceusing electronic documentation systems

Strongcommunication and comprehension skills

Abilityto type 30+ WPM and pass a language/grammar assessment

Reliablehardwired home internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)

Nice to Have:

Previouscontact center experience

Workingknowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
