Extendicare is searching for a Registered Dietitian to join their team in Timmins, ON. This full-time role emphasizes individualized nutrition assessments and care planning for residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met. You will collaborate with dietary managers and healthcare teams, providing valuable insights and guidance to improve resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents
• Maintain communication with the Dietary Manager on resident needs




• Review and approve seasonal menus for nutritional adequacy
• Educate residents and families on nutrition recommendations

Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian with College of Dieticians of Ontario membership
• 3-5 years in a long-term care environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RAI MDS 2.0
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer-focused with teamwork capabilities
