Position Overview We are seeking a polished, experienced, and client-focused Front Desk Coordinator & Skincare Specialist to join our growing team. This dual-role position requires a strong background in both front desk operations and hands-on skincare treatments within a cosmetic clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk Duties: Manage appointments, bookings, and patient flow
Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into bookings
Provide a warm, professional first impression to all clients
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations




Perform professional facials and skincare treatments
Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate services/products
Support physicians and injectors with pre- and post-treatment care
Maintain treatment room cleanliness and compliance standards
Stay updated on the latest skincare technologies and protocols
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a cosmetic clinic in British Columbia (required)
Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics and skincare treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to close consultations and drive sales
Professional appearance and demeanor
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
