Job Description

The Customer Service Administrator’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience while completing administrative tasks. The Customer Service Administrator works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensures consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
Manage the confirmation and reservation of all rental vehicles & towing requests
When required communicate updates with Customers & Insurance claims personnel
When required manage all arrangements for towing as well as costing against the Repair Order
Ensure all assignments have been followed up and appointments confirmed with customers
Reconcile each Repair Order prior to closing
Monitor and manage Store’s Accounts Receivable
Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.
Minimum Education And/or Experience Required For The Job
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar customer service role
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multitask and effectively manage a fast paced environment
Other Requirements Travel, Physical Requirements, Etc.
Valid driver’s license required
