Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse / Customer Support team member to join our Halifax, NS location. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company that values teamwork and development.

What You'll Bring

Strong verbal & written communication skills in English

Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily

Comfortable in a computerized environment

Keen attention to detail

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment

What You'll Do

Shipping/receiving orders and transfers

Stocking & organizing products

Assisting in regular stock counts

Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to the following: loading/unloading transport,



arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.

Entering transactions into computer systems

Opportunities for growth may include supporting basic order entry, assisting with product or service inquiries, and developing customer service skills, based on business needs and employee interest

Supporting and working with all other branch personnel
