We specialize in building quality post frame buildings and are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our crew. This position involves working in office to construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
Responsibilities Assist with framing, setting posts, and building structures
Install metal cladding, roofing, and trim
Operate hand and power tools safely
Load/unload materials and keep job sites organized
Follow safety procedures at all times
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements Construction experience is an asset (but willing to train the right person)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labour
Comfortable working at heights
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to work well with a team
