About the position
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing all warehouse duties as required

What you’ll do:

Material handling of some hazardous products

Monitor inventory levels of Company products

Pick orders and prepare them for shipping using a forklift to place products on skids and wrap skids, and then load the skids onto trucks

Assists with the off-loading with trucks and putting away of product

Bulk liquid transfer from rail to tank or truck

Prepares product orders for customers to include custom blending and packaging

Cleans and maintains the warehouse and equipment

Some outdoor work required in various weather conditions

What you’ll need:

High school diploma or equivalent working experience

Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills

Self-motivated and able to work within company policy where experience and

independent judgement is demonstrated

Forklift operation experience an asset

WHMIS and/or TDG training an asset

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis

Pay and benefits:
The starting base wage for this position is $26.85 per hour during probationary period and increases to $32.60 thereafter. The specific wage offered to a candidate is established by the classification within the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) under which the position is covered.
