Who We Are

UW Burlington represents established clients in the home improvement industry through live, face-to-face consumer events across Burlington and the surrounding area. We build our teams from the ground up — hiring for attitude and developing the rest through hands-on training and real mentorship.

What You'll Be Doing

Representing home improvement clients at live consumer events and experiential activations

Opening genuine conversations with homeowners and presenting solutions that fit their needs

Guiding consumers from initial interest through to a confident decision

Delivering accurate product and campaign information in a clear, approachable way

Bringing consumer feedback and field observations back to the team

Growing through regular coaching, team development sessions, and real campaign experience

What We're Looking For





Natural communicator who connects easily with new people

Energetic, accountable, and follows through without being asked

Comfortable in active, public-facing environments

Open to learning and genuinely motivated to develop

Full time availability and transportation in the Burlington area

Background in retail, hospitality, or events is a bonus — first-time applicants welcome
