Admissions & Communications Manager - Bloomsbury AcademyAbout the Role:We are hiring an Admissions & Communications Manager - Bloomsbury Academy to lead enrollment growth and manage the full admissions process across locations. This is not a traditional administrative role. The position is best suited for someone who understands admissions as: a pipeline to manage and optimize, a conversion process to improve, and a high-touch client experience to deliver at a premium level. The candidate will own the full admissions funnel – from first inquiry through enrollment, while implementing a CRM and building scalable processes that can be replicated across multiple campuses.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in admissions, sales, or client-facing roles who are comfortable managing a pipeline, improving conversion rates, and working with CRM systems.Bloomsbury Academy is a premium private childcare and preschool in Toronto, serving children from 18 months to 6 years. Following the successful launch of our first location, we are entering a significant growth phase - opening our second campus in September 2026, with two additional locations planned for 2027.As we are a highly collaborative team, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site full-time. This position is being created to support anticipated growth. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000, plus a competitive performance-based annual bonus, based on skills and experience. Responsibilities:Enrollment Growth & ConversionOwn enrollment targets and occupancy outcomes across all locationsManage and optimize the full admissions funnel (inquiry → tour → enrollment)Improve conversion rates through structured follow-up, strong tour experiences, and effective communicationIdentify and resolve funnel bottlenecks using data and observationMaintain and strategically manage waitlistsCRM Implementation & Pipeline ManagementLead the implementation and ongoing optimization of a CRM systemBuild workflows for inquiry handling, follow-ups, tour scheduling, and onboardingEnsure accurate tracking of all leads, stages, and conversion metricsDevelop reporting dashboards to provide visibility into enrollment performanceTrain school teams on CRM usage and best practicesCommunications & Family ExperienceDeliver a highly responsive, professional, and relationship-driven experience for prospective familiesLead all admissions-related communication (email, phone, tours)Develop templates, scripts, and communication standardsClearly articulate Bloomsbury’s value proposition to families evaluating private vs. subsidized optionsProcess Development & ScalabilityBuild and document standardized admissions processes across locationsCreate systems that can scale efficiently as new campuses openSupport new site launches with admissions setup, training,
