Top Aces is seeking an experienced Warehouse Material Coordinator to report to the Inventory Director. Your expertise in shipping, receiving, and inventory management will be vital in adhering to our standards. Key tasks include managing material receipts, performing inventory cycle counts, and preparing shipments while maintaining our commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to Top Aces policies and procedures
• Validate received materials against purchase orders
• Perform material issues and transfers as needed




• Maintain inventory accuracy with regular counts
• Support warehouse optimization and inventory management initiatives

Requirements:
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
• Previous logistics background in military or aviation preferred
• Robust communication skills in French and English
• Proficient in MS Office; AMS experience an asset
• Valid forklift operator permit required
