Maintenanceassociatedutiesandresponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto: Maintainstheconditionofthefollowing,butnotlimitedto:flooring,walls,stairways,carpets,lobbyareas,pools,parkinglotandlawnmaintenance.
Inspectsthebuilding,grounds,andequipment.
Handlesnecessaryrepairsandmaintenancerequestsinatimelyfashion,includingtheinstallationofequipmentandpartstohotelroomsandbuilding.
Followslocalandprovincialbuildingcodes.
Complieswithallcompanysafetyregulations.
Reportsanyissuestothemaintenancesupervisor.
Loadsandunloadsequipmentandtoolsintoworkvehiclesifneeded.
Followswrittenandverbalinstructionsfromthemaintenancemanager.
Readsandfollowsmanuals,andotherwritteninstructions.




Movesfurnitureorequipmenttostoragegaragesandhotelrooms.
Usesequipment,includingpowertools,handtoolsandelectrictools.
Handlesthephysicaldemandsofthejob,includingstanding,bending,pulling,pushing,climbing,andliftingatleast50pounds.
Collaborateswithmaintenanceworkers,maintenancesupervisor,andcontractorsincertaincircumstances.
QualificationsandExperience Atleastoneyearofbuildingmaintenance,construction,plumbing,orelectricianexperienceisstronglypreferred.
Acertificationinbuildingmaintenanceisaplus.
Musthaveadriver’slicenseandacleandrivingrecord.
