Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional patient and customer service
• Conduct accurate patient diagnoses and recommendations
• Coach Associate Doctors on clinical procedures
• Collaborate with the Store Manager for staff performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and protocols

Requirements:
• Doctor of Optometry is required
• Knowledge of current optometric technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication
