Job Description
DEN Construction is seeking experienced and reliable Skilled Construction Workers to join our growing team. We complete a variety of residential construction projects throughout the Goulais River area, including new home construction, renovations, additions, decks, and general carpentry.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace, take pride in quality workmanship, and be willing to assist with all aspects of residential construction.

Responsibilities

Assist with new residential construction from the ground up

Perform renovation and remodeling work

Build and repair decks, framing, and other structural components

Install drywall, flooring, trim, doors, windows, and other finishing materials

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Read and follow directions from supervisors and project leads

Load, unload, and transport construction materials





Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Complete other construction-related duties as assigned

Compensation

$23.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Higher wages may be considered for candidates with extensive skills and experience

Required Skills

Minimum 5 years of construction experience preferred

Experience with residential construction, renovations, decks, and general carpentry is considered an asset

Valid Ontario driver's licence required

Reliable vehicle required, as work is primarily in the Goulais River area

Must supply basic hand tools, including a tool pouch, hammer, tape measure, and other essential construction tools

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

Physically capable of performing demanding labour, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and working outdoors

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
