This position seeks a dedicated individual to support Fraser Health's Benefits & Employee Information Department. You will process documents related to employee benefits, ensure compliance with policies, and deliver accurate information to staff. Your expertise will assist in maintaining employment records and managing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and maintain employee benefit and pension information
• Provide guidance on benefit eligibility and plans
• Calculate retirement and severance entitlements




• Conduct audits for data accuracy in HRIS
• Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits and pensions

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• Two years of relevant benefits experience
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and legislation
• Proficient in MEDITECH and MS Office applications
• Strong keyboarding skills and physical ability to perform duties
