• Complete jobs as per customer specifications
• Manage work assignments and equipment documentation
• Facilitate customer inspections and secure approvals
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in proper order
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in cleaning/restoration services
• High School Diploma required, IICRC certifications preferred
• Proven experience in supervisory roles preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Valid Class G Ontario Drivers License required
