Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by evaluating their needs and making product recommendations
• Maintain knowledge of firearms and outdoor lifestyle trends
• Promote Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s programs and services




• Ensure high visual presentation standards throughout the sales floor
• Address and resolve customer issues using valuable judgment

Requirements:
• One year of sales or service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License
• Ability to provide superior customer service
• Experience in outdoor lifestyle or related field
