As a key member of the Vision Centre team, you will report to the Vision Centre Manager. Your role focuses on driving the optical business and adhering to Walmart’s values. Collaborate with Optometrists and healthcare providers to build solid relationships and enhance customer experiences through personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order and dispense quality eyewear for customers
• Build relationships with healthcare providers in the community
• Guide customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses
• Perform accurate measurements and eyewear fittings
• Ensure all finished eyewear meets quality standards
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Optician License for glasses and contact lenses
• At least 16 years of age
• Good standing with the College of Opticians
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Attention to detail in eyewear adjustments
