As a Field Technician at EXP, you will join the Geotechnical team, working on various construction projects. This role emphasizes performing essential on-site tests, soil sampling, and effective client interactions. You will also engage in laboratory work, honing your skills in testing procedures and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute on-site concrete tests including slump and air content
• Perform soil compaction tests across construction sites
• Conduct soil and asphalt hot-mix sampling




• Engage in in-lab tasks such as testing and gradation analysis
• Interact with on-site clients to address testing needs

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of concrete/soils/asphalt testing experience
• Solid people skills and communication in English
• Diploma in Civil Technology or equivalent
• Valid Canadian driver’s license required
• Preferred CCIL or ACI Certification
