In this permanent position, you will work closely with families, children, and caregivers, providing vital group and individual support. By utilizing Kwakwaka’wakw teachings, you promote family well-being, child safety, and healing, ensuring services meet family needs while building community connections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop family support plans in collaboration with families
• Monitor progress and adapt support for families
• Collaborate with community partners for effective care
• Provide in-home parenting and life skills support
• Assist families with transportation and resource access

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or Grade 12 minimum
• Six months experience in human services field
• Strong report writing and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Kwakwaka’wakw culture or willingness to learn
• Versatile working hours and calm demeanor
