Seed to Legacy Financial Group works with incorporated business owners across BC on insurance and financial planning. We are hiring a part time Marketing and Operations Coordinator to run the systems behind our marketing and client experience. You will train closely with the person who built these systems for your first few weeks, then work directly with the firm's principal advisor, with the possibility of supporting a second advisor as the role grows.

This role starts at 15 to 25 hours per week, with more hours available as things grow. Most work is remote, with 1 to 2 days per week in our Surrey office.

What you will do

Reply to all client and prospect messages within 24 hours across our platforms

Work through our CRM daily: follow-ups, updates, and flagging priorities for the advisor

Support client and team members paperwork and onboarding

Edit 1 to 2 short videos per week in Descript, following our examples and style

Schedule social media posts and engage with business owners on LinkedIn

Send monthly email newsletters and WhatsApp broadcasts





Phone outreach to incorporated business owners in BC

Track weekly metrics in a simple shared dashboard

What we are looking for

Life insurance licensed, or willing to complete your license (we will point you to the process)

Local to the Surrey area, able to work from our office 1 to 2 days per week

A self-starter who learns tools independently and follows through without reminders

Fluent in Punjabi and English, spoken and written, confident on the phone

Organized, accurate with details, and consistent

Someone who wants to build a book of business in the financial services industry alongside this position
