Fairmont Chateau Whistler is seeking a Food & Beverage Captain for Portobello to support the daily operation of our outlets, delivering exceptional service and menu knowledge in a high-volume resort setting.
This full time, permanent role starts in November 2026. Starting pay is CAD 20.55 per hour, with increases after 6 months and at three years, up to CAD 27.25. Subsidized housing and staff meals are provided.
