As an Administration Analyst, Special Markets, you will play a key role in the administration, analysis and coordination of applications and associated requests while supporting operational activities and ensuring service excellence. What you’ll accomplish with us As an Administration Analyst, Special Markets, you’ll be at the core of our mission.
Here are the main responsibilities: Process and administer applications in accordance with established guidelines and service level agreements.
Analyze submitted applications and coordinate with team members regarding requirements and follow-up activities.
Manage correspondence with applicants, plan administrators, plan members and third‑party administrators as required.
Support customer service team members with administrative processes and requests.
Execute and distribute individual and divisional bill runs while reviewing accuracy and applying analytical thinking to operational processes and changes.
Manage operational correspondence with third‑party vendors and service providers.
Apply critical and analytical thinking to manage multiple priorities and support key operational periods and events.
Collaborate with peers and identify opportunities for continuous improvement for the benefit of the team and department.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 50 159$ and 65 833$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
