Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of architecture projects, from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architecture project management, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and excellent leadership and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architecture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCollaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and ensure alignment with the firm's strategic goalsDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout all project phasesCoordinate and manage project teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and consultants, to ensure effective collaboration and communicationProvide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating and inspiring them to achieve project goals and exceed client expectationsReview and approve project deliverables, including architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentsManage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on trackMaintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,
addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomesPrepare and deliver project presentations to clients, senior management, and other stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standardsStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and project managementQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field10+ years of experience in architecture project management, with a focus on a variety of project types and sizesProven track record of successful project delivery, with completed projects of varying complexitiesStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholdersProficiency in project management software and toolsUnderstanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards in CanadaDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectivelyExperience with LEED certification and sustainable design practices is a plusSalary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 / Annually #J-18808-Ljbffr
