Key Responsibilities:
• Assess guest's feet to recommend optimal ski boots
• Utilize fitting tools to modify boots and insoles




• Train staff in effective boot-fitting techniques
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in selling retail products and display merchandise

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ski retail operations
• At least 1 year in boot fitting role
• Knowledge of ski boot technology and modification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
