AirBoss Rubber Compounding in Kitchener, Ontario is seeking an HR Generalist to coordinate and manage all HR processes for the Kitchener facility. This role supports payroll, perks, recruitment and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with Ontario employment laws.
You will work on employee relations, performance management, attendance, leaves, and training, spending time on the production floor to interact with staff and supervisors. This is a hands‑on, manufacturing‑floor oriented position.
