As an EHS Training Advisor, you will be critical in supporting the Training Manager and the SMR-X project team. Your core responsibilities include developing training programs on safety initiatives specific to construction and nuclear environments. You will lead training on topics such as Work at Heights and First Aid while promoting continuous improvement in safety practices and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train employees on various safety programs and practices
• Provide feedback on employee training competency




• Participate in the creation of new training courses
• Promote a culture of safety through active communication
• Support environmental management plans and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in safety or training
• 5+ years in health and safety within construction
• Knowledge of Provincial OHS legislation
• Experience training large groups effectively
• Solid communication and leadership skills
