Key Responsibilities:
• Build crate skids using pneumatic tools for outgoing shipments
• Coordinate order picking and loading of truck trailers
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely in the shipping area




• Maintain tools and ensure a clean working environment
• Follow standard operating procedures and lean manufacturing principles

Requirements:
• 3+ years in shipping or receiving, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficiency with pneumatic and power tools
• Valid forklift and pallet jack certification required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
• Strong communication and organizational skills
