Key Responsibilities:
• Represent IH Program at community and health authority meetings
• Lead project development from initiation to implementation
• Recruit, mentor,



and evaluate Indigenous Health staff
• Develop resource and care quality measurement practices
• Enhance Indigenous peoples' health service experiences

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in health care management or related field
• Minimum seven years of experience in Indigenous Health
• Knowledge of Indigenous health protocols
• Valid BC Driver's License
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
