Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive client assessments and develop care plans
• Act as the primary provider for a designated client caseload

Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Availability for daytime shifts (8:30-4:30PM)
• Must provide updated immunization records and criminal background check
• Current CPR certificate required
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
