Key Responsibilities - Team Supervision and Management – supervise, coach, and mobilize heavy vehicle mechanics; assign tasks; ensure onboarding and training.

- Maintenance Management – plan and follow up preventive and corrective maintenance; ensure compliance with Ministry of Transportation, CSA standards, and internal procedures; diagnose complex mechanical issues.
- Operational and Administrative Management – maintain accurate maintenance records; collaborate with external suppliers; manage priorities and emergencies.
- Health, Safety, and Environment – enforce OHS procedures, PPE usage, daily inspections; identify risks and implement corrective measures; maintain safe work environment.

Qualifications - DEP in heavy road vehicle mechanics (asset).

- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle mechanics.




- Previous experience in supervision or team leadership (asset).
- Experience in an industrial environment or with truck fleets.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Comfortable with maintenance tracking software/tools.
- Solid leadership and hands-on approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Autonomy, rigor, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
