Main Responsibilities

- Validate requirements and ensure the execution of purchase order delivery;
- Manage purchase order placement and administration of related activities (receipt, snags, invoices, inventory, safety stock parameters...).
- Analyze delivery delays and prioritize supplier deliveries to minimize impact on the production chain;
- Manage the short-term and long-term operational plan (retrofit, shortages...);
- Monitor supply chain performance (reception, stores, transport, shipping...) and manage deviations;
- Ensure supplier interaction (on-site or remote visits) with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive measures;
- Build strong relationships with internal teams such as Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM), Compliance Management (CM), Engineering, Methods, Quality, Production and Strategic Sourcing;




- Manage parts with non-conformities (Repair, Returns...)
- Provide global visibility of stock levels. Obtain and monitor supplier action plans to maintain an optimal level;
- Define the recovery plan with production teams if necessary. Understand the global "VSM" (Value Stream Mapping) of your respective products.

Job Requirements

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Industrial Management OR a college diploma in the same fields, with two (2) years or more of experience.
- You have valuable priority management and multitasking skills.
- You have good knowledge of software such as Excel, Access and Lotus Notes.
- You have knowledge and experience with SAP.
- You have APICS certification.
- You are bilingual (French and English written and spoken).
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
