You'll lead the full cycle of recruitment and manage talent pipelines, forging partnerships with hiring managers across the organization. - Manage full-cycle recruitment and operations for client groups
- Build talent pipelines for present and future hiring needs
- Serve as a super user for the Applicant Tracking System 2-4 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple roles
- Solid sourcing and pipeline development skills
- Experience with modern ATS such as ADP
- Bachelor’s degree or HR management certificate Contribute to building Riverside’s dedicated workforce while promoting a culture aligned with values and community impact.
