Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Aquatics and youth programs
• Ensure safety and compliance with health standards
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff




• Manage departmental budgets and equipment purchases
• Conduct safety audits and regular program checks

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in aquatics and program leadership
• Relevant certifications in lifeguarding and swim instruction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
