We are searching for our next Health Architect: someone passionate about shaping the future of child and youth mental health care.
Who We Are
Level Up Wellness Group is a multidisciplinary, integrated health and wellness clinic dedicated to empowering individuals and families across the lifespan through comprehensive, collaborative, and evidence-informed care.
Our team includes psychologists, social workers, therapists, counsellors, occupational therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, nurse practitioners, naturopaths, and allied professionals working together to support emotional, developmental, behavioural, and mental health needs across diverse presentations and populations.

The Role: Child & Youth Therapist (Permanent Independent Contractor) You will provide mental health support and therapy to children and youth through individual and family sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Key Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy for children and youth (typically ages 3–17)
Conduct intakes and assessments
Develop case formulations and personalized treatment plans
Manage cases and maintain clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals




Participate in a multidisciplinary team environment
Engage in ongoing professional development and learning
Populations & Presentations (Required Experience) We are seeking a clinician with experience and confidence working with (we are willing to train):
Core Clinical Areas:
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Willingness to learn about PANDAS-PANS
Common Co-Occurring Concerns:
Emotional regulation challenges
Anxiety and panic
School refusal
Social skills and peer conflict
Behavioural concerns
Family stress, caregiver burnout, and parenting support needs
You will also provide:
Parent coaching strategies
Who You Are The ideal clinician for Level Up is:
Confident working with complexity and co-occurring concerns
Neurodevelopmentally informed, family-centered, and strengths-based
Skilled in evidence-based therapy and committed to ongoing growth
Team-oriented and team-oriented (we genuinely work together here)
Warm, grounded, and able to build strong therapeutic relationships
Motivated to learn and expand competence in additional disorders and presentations we serve
Qualifications You must have:
MSW (Clinical Social Worker designation) or registration as a Psychologist
Current registration in good standing with an applicable regulatory body
Professional liability insurance
Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy to children, youth, and families
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
