Key Responsibilities:

• Update appeal records and maintain documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of related experience
• Ability to meet tight timelines in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of ICRC and HPARB processes
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Pro
