Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mentorship to Technical Instructors and trainees
• Respond to technical inquiries and safety concerns
• Manage workshop equipment and inventory




• Lead hands-on training through demonstrations and project work
• Create a training schedule integrating student work placements

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in construction or renovation industry
• Teaching experience in a trades setting
• Understanding of Skilled Trades Ontario policies
• Advanced communication and physical abilities
