Long View in Canada is seeking a Spanish bilingual Global Service Desk Analyst to join our Integrated Global Services team. You will provide Tier I IT and communications support across clients worldwide, documenting issues and guiding resolution with professionalism and care.
The role requires 2+ years in technical support, fluent Spanish and English, ITIL understanding, and a positive, customer-focused mindset. Weekend availability and solid communication are valued traits.
