Key Responsibilities:
• Establish governance for corporate business systems and GIS
• Define requirements for asset management and service delivery




• Coordinate IT service initiatives within approved frameworks
• Manage service providers for optimal system performance
• Oversee budgets and contracts related to IT services

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Five years of experience in business analysis or IT services
• Robust understanding of municipal operations
• Knowledge in project management principles
• Experience supervising staff in complex environments
